Berkshire GeoBash will be New England’s first Mega Event!  The event will be held on Saturday, July 7th, 2012 from 9:00am – 5:00pm at Bousquet Mountain in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.  Although the actual Mega Event will only be one day we are planning an entire weeks worth of geocaching related activities and events.  Already in the works are a Welcome Geocachers Breakfast, train ride, stargazing, wine tasting, group hike and much more!  If that isn’t enough Bousquet Mountain also offers an assortment of summer activities such as six waterslides, an activity pool, zip-line, 9-hole disc golf course, mini-golf, bungy-trampoline, climbing wall, bounce castle and the brand new Adventure Park ropes course.  Lastly, don’t forget about geocaching!  The Berkshires offer some of the best caching found anywhere.  With hundreds of caches within minutes of the main event there are geocaches for all ages and abilities.

What now you ask?  First, mark your calendars for June 30th through July 8th.  Plan to spend your 4th of July vacation caching with us in the Berkshires!  Next, tell all your friends.  We’ve done the planning.  We’ve hidden the caches.  Now all we need is you!  Can’t wait to see you there!
